SAMS has been re-strategizing and reworking its web presence and offerings, endeavouring a stronger connect with both job seekers and client organizations in 2014. Several offerings are likely to integrate with the social media.
We are looking for bright, young, HR Interns, who will be responsible for researching, developing, testing and recommending new offerings for job seekers and client organizations.
This is an exciting, learning opportunity for bright, young minds with a strong interest in HR and the social media to develop and hopefully also beta test offerings, as a summer project in 2014.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Systematically research and conceptualize meaningful service offerings for job seekers and client organizations
(2) Validate design by polling a sample of respondents
(3) Develop draft content for service offering
(4) Coordinate closely with SAMS Wed Design team to develop and roll out offering.



Applicants should be pursuing MBA in HR/ Personnel/ Management, from a reputed institution and be willing to make at least a two month full-time commitment to SAMS, commencing from April 2014.
Freshly qualified MBAs may also apply for short term positions with SAMS.


(1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
(2) Positive work attitude;
(3) Ability to work in teams;
(4) Desire to learn and value-add
(5) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.


Interns shall be offered a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000/- to 10,000/-. A higher stipend shall be worked out for qualified MBAs.


The positions are based at New Delhi.
