Position Vacant : General Manager/ National Manager- Individual Partnership (IP)

It is because of its innovative and modern methods that Smile has been able to reach out to over 3,00,000 beneficiaries so far. And is also partnering with over 200 institutions, including corporate, development agencies and bodies, globally.

Candidate selected shall be responsible for handling the below assigned areas of work:

Responsible for Acquisitions:
a. Develop Plans & Strategy for resource raising through Structured Face to Face;
b. Channel management;
c. Ensuring smooth running of Direct Mailing(DM) Process by:
i. Helping & supervising the team in activities related to acquiring individual donors;
ii. Assisting team in Planning and executing the direct mailing activities;
iii. Supervising direct mailing activities – both independent and co-branded;
iv. Help team explore opportunities of collaborations for co-branded mailing activities;
v. Strategize in creating database and analyze
d. Develop Plans & Strategy for resource raising through Structured Tele Calling and Tele Facing;
e. Exploring Other Avenues of Individual Partnership: Ideate, Create and submit before management avenues like SME’s, clubs and associations etc. to reach out to high networth individuals (beyond DM and EDM), with the objective to acquire individual donors.

2. Responsible for Donor Servicing & Retention:

a. Visualize and implement tools to impart highest standard of Donor Servicing.
b. Supervising the activities undertaken for servicing and retention of donors;
3. Ensure security of data managed by the team.
4. Responsible for recruitment & training of staff.
5. Responsible for leading and supervising the teams;
6. Ensure achievement of team target on a sustained basis
7. To engage with creative communication team for developing appropriate; communication material;
8. Responsible for Marketing Intelligence & Competitor Analysis;
9. Accountable for expansions of Individual Partnership (IP) across PAN India.

Desired work experience : 10– 15 years
